These chocolate and nut scrolls were one of my first recipes. These scrolls are really straightforward to make, but they take a bit of time, as with all recipes involving yeast. However, they are absolutely worth the wait, I promise! 🙂
I’ve made these scrolls countless times, to take along to lunches, friends’ houses and work. I always get such fantastic feedback. Everyone loves them!

Show me someone who doesn’t love Girl Scout cookies, and I will show you a liar.
Girl Scout cookies are my ultimate weakness. I was so weak this year, that I did something I never do…bought 2 boxes! Pretty bad for someone who is gluten sensitive!
I wanted to make something similar to my favorite Samoas®/Caramel deLites® that are not only delicious but healthy. These delicious treats are what I came up with!
These no-bake cups are so easy to make and will win over anyone. Enjoy..and make sure you share! 😉
A while ago I was bored and had a hunt through the pantry and came up with this frighteningly good chocolate maple tart!
It was an ad lib and kind of awkward, but I’ve tidied it up for your enjoyment.
Hopefully, it will appease the “recipe-stalkers” too! 😀
Try it, and let us know how delicious it turned out in the comments below.

I’m an avid sweet lover, but a novice when it comes to baking.
So, while taking notes from my fellow Sweet Lovers University contributors, I was inspired to whip up some cute recipe cards!
Simply print on cardstock paper and trim to size.
It’s an easy DIY for even the craft-challenged, and I think they’re rather sweet…pun totally intended! 😉
